LAW CLERK POSITIONS

Each semester and over the summer we hire one or two law clerks to work part-time or full-time. We generally hire 2L, 3L, and LLM students, and also sometimes hire recent graduates who are interested in working as law clerks temporarily. Our law clerks assist with all aspects of our litigation projects. Law Clerks must generally work out of our office in Washington DC.  We compensate our law clerks at an hourly public interest rate. 

At this time, we are not hiring for any law clerk positions.
